A Word from Nirmann Sir

Nirmann SirArchitect of the living practice
The architect
For centuries the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra has been translated, explained, and debated. Nirmann Sir is the rare one who built the bridge from text to transmission, designing each sutra into a guided, breathing meditation you can actually step into, live.
What you join on a Thursday did not exist before he architected it. Not a commentary borrowed from another teacher. A living practice, composed sutra by sutra, and held in his own voice.
Live on video via Zoom — every Thursday, 8:30 – 10:30 pm IST.
“The sutra is not something to understand. It is a door. My work is only to hold it open while you walk through.”
Why this is unlike anything else
Most teach what the sutras mean. Nirmann Sir takes you inside them, technique by technique, until meaning becomes experience.
No press-play-alone audio. A real room, a real teacher who feels the room and holds it, every single week.
Every Thursday, live. 112 doorways to inner alchemy — walked, not skimmed. Not a quick workshop that ends before anything has truly landed.
The difference between a map and a guided journey is that a guide walks with you.
You may own the book. You may have underlined the lines that moved you. And still, the techniques live on the page, not yet in your body.
Reading gives information. A live transmission gives you an experiential knowing.
Reading about meditation is not meditating. Understanding the sutra is not the same as the sutra understanding you. That gap is exactly what Thursday is for.
You've read technique 27 — the one about the space between two breaths. On Thursday, you'll actually do it — for two hours, held in silence with Nirmann Sir.

Why this cannot be a recording
A recording hands you information. A live room hands you transmission.
Meditation is not a subject to study. It is a field that forms when a teacher, a room of seekers, and a shared silence meet in the same moment. That field cannot be pressed onto a file.
Nirmann Sir reads the room as he teaches — pausing where you pause, opening what you're stuck on, meeting the exact question in your chest tonight.
A recording plays at you.
A live room breathes with you.
A file cannot feel the room.
Nirmann Sir feels every seeker in it.
Alone, the mind wanders.
Together, the silence holds.
Recordings end.
A weekly practice becomes a rhythm — the only thing that changes you.
You have already read the sutras. Reading gave you the map. Only a live room becomes the doorway.
What a live Thursday feels like
The room gathers
~15 minLights low, breath slowing. Seekers from many cities cross the threshold together. You are not alone with a screen.
The door is named
~20 minIts meaning, its origin, and the precise doorway it offers. Not a lecture, a key placed in your hand.
The crossing
~50 minHe takes you into the technique in real time, adjusting to the room, holding the space as you drop below thought.
The silence
~20 minThe deepest part. No instruction, only presence, shared. The thing no recording can give you.
The return
~15 minA few words to carry the practice off the cushion and into Monday, Tuesday, the ordinary hours where it matters most.

A year of Thursdays
No weekend high that fades by Tuesday. Slow, real change, the only kind that lasts.
A weekly still-point that survives a loud, demanding life, no matter how the week went.
A deepening relationship with the techniques, not a one-time sampling you forget by morning.
Nirmann Sir comes to know your practice over time, in a way no app or playlist ever could.
A community moving together, the gentle gravity that keeps you coming back when discipline alone would fail.
From inside the room
I had read the Book of Secrets twice. One Thursday with Nirmann Sir and I finally understood: I had been reading the menu, never tasting the food.
The silence we hold together is unlike anything I have found alone. I leave each week lighter than I arrived.
Apps gave me streaks. This gave me a practice. The weekly rhythm changed how I meet my whole life.
I came in skeptical. By the third Thursday I was weeping — not from sadness, from a recognition I had no words for.
Nirmann Sir does not perform wisdom. He points, and suddenly the sutra is standing in your own living room.
I have sat with many teachers. Very few hold a room the way this one does — nothing extra, nothing missing.
The Thursday practice slowly rewired my Monday mornings. My work did not change. I did.
I finally stopped chasing meditation and started meeting it. That shift alone was worth the entire membership.
Every sutra feels like a door I did not know was in my own house. Nirmann Sir simply hands you the key.
